About the Journal

Purpose

Missio Dei: A Journal of Missional Theology and Praxis (MDJ) is a digital medium for exploring the rich tradition and ongoing practice of participation in the mission of God among churches of the Stone-Campbell Restoration Movement, particularly Churches of Christ/Christian Churches and Churches of Christ (a cappella), in an open dialogue with Christian missiology.

Publication

MDJ is published semiannually by the Missio Dei Foundation. The foundation endeavors to produce a high-quality, open-access missiological journal. The executive editor is responsible for the selection of material, but opinions expressed in articles are the sole responsibility of the authors.
